Anyone who steps into a gym setting regardless of fitness knowledge wishes to be independent, confident and safe while working towards their respective fitness and health goals. Our focus is to help you reach your fitness goals and more through education whether your a beginner, novice or experienced in a gym setting. The exercise knowledge you acquire through our training programs will give you the skills necessary to safely, effectively and efficiently reach your personal fitness goals all while building confidence, independence and self determination on the journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle!

Personal Training Packages

1x/week Training Session 6 month contract
​
This is our most popular training package. Sessions are 75$ per 50 minute training session and are billed on a monthly basis. Clients will meet with a trainer once a week at Divide Fitness, and are given access to our Divide Fitness online app where sessions will be scheduled and where they will find their respective training program.

1x/week Partner Training Session
​
This program is great for partners/ couples who have similar fitness goals and gym experience but are also on a budget. Session pricing starts at 110$ for a 50 minute training session. Clients are given a shared account on our Divide Fitness online app where they will find their respective training program.

40 Session Paid in full Training Package.
​
This program package provides excellent value. This package consists of 40 training session credits at a rate of 65$ per session. These credits can be booked via the Divide Fitness app at the clients discretion.

Drew Teboekhorst - Certified Personal Trainer
Im the owner of Divide Fitness Inc, I also provide the personal training services we offer. I specialize in weight loss, strength and conditioning as well as special populations training. My 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry will give you the necessary skills and knowledge to help you, our potential client, to reach your health and fitness goals in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

Emily Warren- Certified Personal trainer
Hello , my name is Emily Warren and I am a certified personal trainer here at Divide Fitness!
My interest in fitness sparked as young as 12 years old, when I signed up for my first gym membership. I very quickly fell in love with the fitness community/lifestyle and have remained actively involved ever since. After high school, I chose to combine my passion for fitness with my love for studying anatomy to pursue my certifications to become a trainer.
My intent is now to inspire the same passion for fitness in others! I have aided numerous individuals lose weight, build muscle, rehabilitate injuries and improve their overall health & performance. I additionally specialize in nutrition/meal programming as well as training for Ontario first responder physical evaluations e.g. CPAT. My aim is to guide you every step of the way and push you towards your highest potential. Together we will work to accomplish your goals consistently and effectively!
